This high energy workshop is a perfect way to get your team ready for the new year. We will focus the team on what needs to be achieved and how they can collaborate really effectively in order to meet their joint and individual goals.
Our focus on strengths and approaches from positive psychology mean that team members feel motivated and inspired, whilst also starting to tackle the barriers that impact performance.
At the end of the workshop, the team will have developed a “Team Dream” for 2024 as well as clear actions that they have committed to delivering.
