Our research shows that the greatest negative impact of remote working has been on collaboration and trust within teams. In response, we have developed a series of workshops that support teams to reach high levels of performance regardless of how much physical time they spend together. Our team workshops are designed to improve psychological safety and trust, introduce new ideas, and focus on actions to maintain impact in the longer term. These workshops can be for teams of 3 to 300 and delivered in-person or virtually as a 3-hour or one-day session.
