Team Coaching Programmes
Leadership teams consist of talented, highly skilled and experienced individuals. We know that great teamwork is a superpower that makes the team far greater than the sum of its parts. Our team coaching programmes build the team’s ability to have powerful discussions, harness the diversity in the team, make brave decisions and tackle challenges together through a series of facilitated workshops.
Our approach is to empower and enable leaders to continue to grow and develop beyond our intervention. This means introducing tools and supporting you to use them, using approaches from psychology to create new behaviours and habits, building strong accountability for meeting commitments.
Creating the climate for change
Step 1 in our approach is about creating a team environment where people can contribute and be their best. It may mean initially working on psychological safety or gaining agreement on vision and strategic goals. It may involve diagnostics and uncovering unhelpful behaviours or tackling conflict. This work builds a foundation on which to grow.
Agreeing change
In step 2, the coach will work with you on your future plans to gain commitment on what will drive the team or business forward. This may involve developing a strong purpose and setting performance targets, as well as agreeing new behaviours.
Developing actions
Step 3 is where the main learning happens: what are the actions required to meet your new future? Here we focus on introducing new tools and ideas that will enable the team to deliver change where it is needed.
Embedding change
The final stage is about embedding deep accountability and building new behaviours, processes and habits that will drive you into the future. Sometimes this means looping back and reviewing your initial ideas – sometimes teams discover greater levels of possibility than you even knew!
