Award-winning team development that improves wellbeing, collaboration and performance.
We work with teams to build genuine trust, productive debate, and clear commitments to action. We were thrilled to be recognised at the inaugural CIPD Wales Awards in October 2017 for our work with senior leadership teams at Dwr Cymru Welsh Water and awarded Best HR/L&D Consultancy.
Our approach to Team Development begins with gaining an in-depth understanding of the specific needs of your team. After all, the solution for each team will be as different as the people in the team.
We’re accustomed to working with teams from all sectors, and at all levels including boards, senior management teams, partnership teams and staff teams. We work both with teams that function well to help them move on to high performance, as well as facilitating a turnaround in those that are underperforming.
“We build long-term partnerships with our clients and feel personally invested in their success. We take a unique approach to each new challenge to get the best possible results.”

We understand that effective collaboration is also sometimes about working with individuals. Our individual psychological assessments and coaching support team members to overcome personal barriers to effective teamworking.
The Insight technique
We start by talking to key stakeholders to about what success will look like – what does this team need to achieve and what’s been holding it back?
Then we gain an understanding of how the team is performing now using tools such as Patrick Lencioni’s Five Dysfunctions of a Team assessment, the Resilience@Work Team Profile and our own Team Effectiveness Questionnaire.
We may also use individual questionnaires to raise self-awareness, for example, MBTI, Strengths Profile or 360-degree feedback.
Our facilitators draw from business psychology and applied neuroscience to explore team dynamics at a deeper level whilst keeping everyone “safe”. Workshops are highly practical, nurturing growth by tackling the real challenges facing the team so that you leave with answers to problems as well as improved relationships.
