Pip Gwynn has been working as a Business Psychologist and Director at Insight for the past 13 years. Her passion is in making organisations happier and more effective places to work through personal growth and cultural change. Pip believes that by understanding people better, we can develop ways to lead and manage that are engaging and motivational, rather than leading to stress and dissatisfaction.
