Our experience is that many organisations look for complexity or the latest ‘thinking’ to guide them towards better productivity and performance. We understand this, we really do! It is not unlike the latest ‘miracle diet’ with much hoo hah and a great deal of media (social or otherwise) with typically, at best, some anecdotal story of ‘amazing overnight results’.
We are more pragmatic, research grounded and focussed on what really makes a difference.
If you have heard it before and it seems like ‘old news’ it is because what works is already known. It is in superb execution where the difference lies.
