Our brand evolution – Insight’s new look.
We are Team Insight… That sense of being in it together is what has made Insight successful over the years – we build strong relationships with each other and with our clients and take time to truly understand where we can create impact. Our mission has always been to make work a better and happier place, where individuals and teams can thrive. We do that by using our deep understanding of human behaviour and combining it with practical, evidence-based solutions that develop positive cultures, collaborative teams and exceptional leaders.
We have been looking to the future and redefining our consultancy offering so we can help clients do more of what they do well. We know where we have greatest impact and we love working with organisations who want to be better, who want to push forward, who want to improve.
We are delighted to launch our new website which brings together our refined services and new branding. It not only represents who we are today but also where we are heading in the future; an exciting evolution that captures the essence of Insight, building on our heritage and growing our commitment to making work better for all.
We worked with award-winning brand consultancy Bright Collie to help bring our purpose and values to life, with new messaging and new imagery that reflects what makes us different to other consultancies. The key message underpinning it all is our belief that when science and people collide, great things happen.
As with all projects, the best insights come from others, so clients, associates and suppliers all provided feedback to help us understand what we do well and where we can improve. Using that as a guide and digging deep into our ambitions for the company, we’ve built on our 27-year history and looked to the future to evolve our brand to truly reflect who we are and what we do best.
- Our updated logo: an evolution of ‘the Insight scribble’, the Insight orb represents our 360 approach and creates a sense of continual motion
- Our refined services: focusing on our areas of expertise in assessment, team collaboration, culture change, executive coaching, and leadership development
- Our new brand colours: bolder, fresher, fun, reflecting
- Our refreshed imagery: capturing in images what we do best – collaborate, question, innovate, develop, reflect
- Our bigger team: our core team and wider associate pool remain the same, and we’ve welcomed some new faces to Team Insight, bringing expertise, perspective and enthusiasm.
