Sarah Acton

Development Consultant

Sarah has extensive experience working in senior HR and organisational development roles in the public, private and not-for profit sector. Her specialism is the design and delivery of bespoke development and coaching programmes and masterclasses to leaders of all levels.

Her approach is to start where the client is, and assume nothing beforehand. Having worked with senior leaders who’ve never led change programmes before, and with reasonably junior leaders who’ve developed important skills, knowledge and intuition in unexpected places. She approaches coaching with warmth and empathy, with just enough challenge to feel stretching rather than stressful.

Sarah is committed to her own continuous professional development. She is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and an Associate of the EMCC, adhering to their global code of ethics, and have regular coaching supervision.

 

Qualifications

Level 7 Executive Coaching and Mentoring  ILM  –   MBA (Master’s in Business Administration) – Master’s in HR Management – BA (Hons) in Linguistics – BPS Occupational Test User (Ability and Personality) accredited, and qualified in Hogan and eras tools.
