She brings more than 20 years of experience across corporate, industrial and third-sector environments, and is known for her ability to blend strategic insight with warmth, energy, and creativity.

With a background in consultancy, programme management, and facilitation, Liz has led major learning initiatives in high-pressure, high-complexity environments—from automotive manufacturing to healthcare and tech startups. She thrives on helping leaders build confidence, hold courageous conversations, and lead with integrity.
