Jo Cammell

Executive Coach

A Chartered Psychologist with over twenty years’ experience identifying and building talent. Jo specialises in executive coaching, leadership development and assessment. She works with clients from graduate to Executive Committee in a range of sectors including retail, professional services, energy, financial services and central/local government.

An experienced and qualified coach who uses a client-led, supportive and challenging approach. She allows individuals grow and develop, with a focus on raising awareness, change and building strengths. Jo draws from appropriate tools and research, mostly centred on a Gestalt and relational model.

Highly skilled in delivering objective assessments to inform selection, development and promotion decisions. This includes in-depth interviews drawing on information from personality questionnaires, ability tests, colleague feedback and tailored exercises.

Through coaching and facilitation on leadership development programmes, she supports talented individuals to reach their potential.

Jo facilitates programmes to take groups of leaders and managers through workshops and activities to develop their skills. These can cover topics such as coaching conversations, performance management, giving feedback, creating high performing teams and interview skills.
