Helen has over 18 years’ experience in Human Resources and Occupational Psychology and has a successful track record across the private and not-for-profit sectors.
She is a skilful coach, encouraging senior managers to challenge the way they approach issues, enabling them to deal quickly and more effectively with people management problems and the conflicting priorities of home/team/self. She uses techniques based on the latest neuropsychology to greatly enhance confidence and influencing skills.
