Helen has over 18 years’ experience in Human Resources and Occupational Psychology and has a successful track record across the private and not-for-profit sectors.

She is a skilful coach, encouraging senior managers to challenge the way they approach issues, enabling them to deal quickly and more effectively with people management problems and the conflicting priorities of home/team/self. She uses techniques based on the latest neuropsychology to greatly enhance confidence and influencing skills.

Helen is warm, pragmatic, has a high-quality focus and brings new ideas and insights. She is open and non-judgemental and approaches challenges with thoughtfulness and energy.

• Accredited Senior Practitioner with European Mentoring and Coaching Council
• Qualified and experienced in using Wave, MBTI, Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI), Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQI)
