Carys specialises in business change strategy, and cultural and behavioural change. She uses a range of tools along with her experience as an NLP and MBTI practitioner. Integral to the success of her projects are coaching interventions with Boards of Directors and senior management teams.

A specialist in business culture and people development, Carys supports business change across the world. She is skilled at bringing practical tools to life to enhance the skills of managers and she has trained and coached over 4,000 people globally. She is also a fluent Welsh speaker.
