How the Insight 360° System works
Our online peronalised questionnaire offers a secure and efficient way to generate high-quality feedback, which we look at within the context of a client’s broader organisational objectives. We are able to gather such pertinent information thanks to the way we design and tailor our questions to suit the culture of each organisation.
Primarily focused on increasing effectiveness and identifying priorities for development, 360° feedback eliminates internal administrative burdens and can be used for performance reviews, career counseling, coaching, wider performance development, and raising self-awareness prior to training programmes.
In Live 360° feedback systems the use of online questionnaires is replaced by confidential one-to-one interviews. Our experienced Business Psychologists meet the colleagues of the participant and following the interviews, our psychologist will knit together the opinions and perspectives and present the key themes in a punchy feedback report.
After time for reflection, our Business Psychologist will spend time exploring the report with the participant to provide coaching support, and enabling the individual to plan what to do in response to the feedback.
