Virtual Assessment: Online Interviews and Beyond


Nearly two years into the pandemic, most of us will have some experience of virtual assessment. Although most people still say they prefer face-to-face interviewing, there are many benefits to virtual assessment and the evidence suggests that it can be just as good at predicting job performance.

In this session, Pip will look at the available evidence on how to maximise the effectiveness of virtual selection approaches. We will explore:

  • How to make assessment centres work virtually
  • Using psychometric testing
  • Making good recruitment decisions in a virtual world.
