About this Event

Covid19 has forced us to re-evaluate our working lives in every way – from working remotely, managing others and how we lead. Leading with kindness, clarity and authenticity are no longer ‘nice to haves’ they are an absolute necessity to ensure team motivation, productivity and employee engagement.

In this virtual workshop Sally Evans will present a new leadership model that responds to the current climate helping senior leaders navigate the working world.

There will also be the opportunity for our specially invited participants to discuss how leadership is changing in their organisations as a result of the current crisis.

Speaker Profile

Sally Evans is an experienced Business Psychologist and member of the Insight consultancy team. She is a former Director of OD and Capability at the Office For National Statistics with a successful track record of leadership in the public, private and voluntary sectors.

In this session we will explore some of the behaviours that create the golden thread for leaders operating through a crisis, and indeed, beyond.
