As another academic year approaches, many schools are asking the same questions:
How do we develop confident leaders? How do we strengthen collaboration? How do we create teams that are resilient enough to navigate constant change while continuing to deliver the very best outcomes for learners?
At Insight HRC, we’ve spent more than 15 years working alongside schools, trusts and local authorities to answer those questions. Our work is grounded in business psychology and designed specifically for the realities of education, helping leaders understand themselves, understand others, and create cultures where people can thrive.
Whether you’re investing in an individual leader, developing your middle leadership pipeline or strengthening an entire team, we have programmes designed to make a lasting difference.
Build Stronger Teams from the Inside Out
Great schools are built by great teams.
When people understand their own strengths, appreciate different perspectives and communicate more effectively, collaboration becomes easier, trust grows and performance improves.
Our School Team Development Programme combines the powerful Lumina Spark personality profile with two practical, highly interactive development days designed to help teams:
- Build greater self-awareness and emotional intelligence
- Understand team dynamics and working styles
- Strengthen communication and collaboration
- Improve feedback and difficult conversations
- Develop a shared leadership approach that supports long-term school improvement
Rather than generic team building, this is evidence-based development that gives teams practical tools they can apply immediately back in school.
Open Programme Now Available: Aspiring School Leaders (ASL)
For over a decade, our Aspiring School Leader programme has supported schools in developing the next generation of confident, capable leaders.
Following the success of our local authority partnerships, we’re delighted to launch an open enrolment programme, allowing individual schools to access the same high-quality leadership development without needing to commission a full cohort.
The programme has been recognised by Estyn for its unique design and impact on developing future school leaders, accelerating both personal and professional growth while supporting succession planning across schools.
Participants can expect to:
- Develop greater confidence as leaders
- Strengthen strategic thinking and decision making
- Build coaching, communication and influencing skills
- Learn alongside peers from other schools
- Apply evidence-based leadership approaches directly into practice
If you have emerging leaders ready to take the next step, this programme offers an outstanding opportunity to invest in their future – and yours.
