Insight HRC is delighted to be announced as one of Community Housing Cymru’s new commercial partners for 2026/27.
Community housing organisations across Wales are facing increasing pressure to respond to financial, operational and workforce challenges, alongside an evolving political landscape ahead of the Senedd Election. At Insight HRC, we believe that strong leadership, healthy organisational cultures and confident people are central to meeting these challenges and delivering long‑term impact for communities.
Community Housing Cymru plays a vital role in representing and supporting housing associations across Wales, helping them remain resilient, people‑centred and future‑focused. Its commitment to collaboration, shared learning and practical support aligns closely with Insight HRC’s approach to working in partnership with purpose‑driven organisations.
Through this partnership, Insight HRC will support housing associations to strengthen leadership capability, build inclusive and positive workplace cultures, and align people strategies with organisational purpose and community impact.
We’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work alongside Community Housing Cymru and a network of expert partners, all committed to helping housing associations succeed in a challenging and changing environment.
