Managing Director
Pip leads the Insight team to continually innovate and to find the best solutions for our clients. This role involves developing our vision and strategic direction with the leadership team, managing commercial relationships and overseeing the quality of delivery across all clients. Pip’s specialism is in assessment and analysis of individuals, teams and organisations. This includes senior-level assessment for critical roles in the private, public and third sector organisations as well as strategic organisational development and culture change consultancy
Using business psychology to understand the individual and group dynamics within organisations, Pip seeks to unpick complex organisational challenges into impactful actions. Pip brings eternal curiosity to her roles in order to understand what is going on in organisations as well as the latest thinking and research.
Pip is passionate about ensuring we deliver services that create real and lasting change, strongly believing that the power of psychology can have transformation impact for individuals and organisations. She takes a values-led approach to organisational leadership, seeking to ensure we always “do the right thing” as our main priority.

- MSc Occupational Psychology
- BSc (Hons) Psychology
- BPS Certificates of Competence in Occupational Testing (Ability and Personality) including: Wave, OPQ, R@W, NEO-PI, Hogan Development Survey
