Pip has significant project management and client liaison experience for organisational development projects including assessment and selection processes, learning and development programmes (including ILM programmes) and 360 degree feedback processes.
She takes a specialist business psychology approach to design and delivery of interventions including defining and measuring job performance using psychometrics and bespoke assessment exercises. Pip has designed and led selection processes for senior roles in public, private and ‘third’ sector organisations. Pip has developed a significant body of experience in the design of bespoke exercises including real-plays and interactive presentations.
Pip is dedicated to generating great results for her clients. She is supportive, easy to work with and skillful in helping her clients to spot what needs to be done to secure desired outcomes.
