Lynne is a human resources professional, specialising in learning and development. Driven by a natural curiosity about people and how best to help them to release their potential, she has a proven track record in influencing senior leaders and leading large teams to create behavioural change.
Lynne’s mission is to connect people to purpose, creating cohesive teams through attuned leadership, where individuals can make sense of their own contribution and adapt to succeed.
Her expertise in design, communication and implementation of organisational performance and development frameworks and programmes, inc. accelerated growth programmes, ensure strategic objectives are met.
She has a wealth of experience in the design and delivery of blended learning initiatives. Her varied leadership and team development workshops include Coaching, Giving and Receiving feedback, Resilience and Personal Branding.
During her career within the Financial, Retail and Life Science sectors, Lynne discovered a key strength in collaborating with others to solve conceptual problems, building a shared vision – focusing on ‘And’, rather than ‘But’.
