Marketing and Events Manager

Laura has been running Insight’s programme of events for the last decade. From intimate invitation only round table events to large speaker events via the global platform that is DisruptHR, Laura loves bringing people together. She also manages the Social Media accounts and creates all marketing content for clients, associates and everyone in the Insight community.

Laura brings energy and optimism to everything she does and is committed to creating a space to explore how we can make work better. It is important to her that everyone has a voice and an opportunity to grow. The DisruptHR South Wales and DisruptHR Bristol events serve as a platform to highlight the good work people are doing – and the work still to be done, to improve workplace cultures everywhere.

Laura fiercely believes in the work Insight does to help create happy and successful teams – she enjoys nothing more than sharing the many success stories our team help create. She gets really excited when witnessing real ‘lightbulb moments’ during development centres and has seen this many times throughout her extensive role play experience.

Qualifications

• BA(Hons) in Media and Cultural Studies
• She is also Director and owner of TWA Role Play, providing professional actors for assessment and development centres.
