Judah Chudleigh

Judah is a Business Psychologist at Insight HRC, specialising in leadership development, behavioural insight and organisational culture.

He works with middle leaders to translate psychological theory into practical, meaningful change, combining evidence‑based models with strong commercial awareness to ensure development is both rigorous and relevant.

Judah also acts as the Learning Coach within Insight HRC’s Learning Hub, supporting leaders to reflect on their learning, engage deeply with development programmes and apply insights effectively in their daily roles.

His work focuses on strengthening self‑awareness, improving team dynamics and helping leaders navigate complexity with confidence. He has a particular interest in the lived experience of work and how identity, power and culture shape professional environments. This perspective underpins his approach to inclusion, wellbeing and performance, with a clear focus on helping organisations create cultures where people can thrive without compromising performance.
