Jessica leads Insight’s finance, administration and business support functions, with an emphasis on getting things right first time for our clients. This includes overseeing and managing assessment centres and development programmes.
Jessica is highly experienced administrator, assessment centre and project manager who has worked on numerous projects for clients across all sectors. She provides high quality client care and is known for her absolute commitment to deliver excellence.
She has forged strong relationships with both clients and associates and is considered by many to be the heart of Insight.
Jessica is passionate about supporting people through their assessment or development journey, ensuring they have a positive and lasting experience. She has excellent communication skills, an attention to detail and a willingness to go the extra mile for Insight clients.
