Jemma’s role is to develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients and promote Insight’s services ensuring we deliver ROI for clients and internal profitability. She works closely with clients to understand and shape their development priorities and, through effective project management and collaboration with project teams, ensures individuals and teams can thrive.
Jemma takes time to build impactful relationships with those she works with, creating the conditions that allow clients, participants and project teams to thrive. She brings an informed, collaborative approach to her work and is very people-centric, joining the dots between developing really great leadership behaviours and enhanced team performance.
