Felicity Lee
Business Psychologist
Felicity is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and certified executive coach whose main areas of expertise include executive coaching, team facilitation and executive assessment and development.
Felicity works closely with others to build self-awareness and confidence, through managing time, workload and stress. She is highly experienced in improving interpersonal relationships and overcoming conflict.
Her approach is to work ethically and enthusiastically, using a supportive and highly positive but direct and honest style. She believes passionately in developing individuals and enhancing organisational performance.
Felicity works creatively with clients and uses a range of engaging and immersive activities such as horse whispering, outdoor team events, cooking and sommelier challenges.
An advocate for representing psychology in the workplace in the media, She was a mentor to Richard Reed for ‘Be Your Own Boss; in 2012 BBC2, panel psychologist for ‘The Apprentice – You’re Fired” in 2006 and 2007 and on the BBC1 Documentary, “What Am I Like? The Personality Test” in 2004.
