Meet the Team

Chris Mitchell

Assessment Consultant

Chris is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, with 35 years of international consulting experience in implementing practical solutions involving assessment for recruitment, selection and development, and training delivery.  His main areas of work include:

  • executive and director level assessments,
  • training design and delivery (including competency based interview training and assessment centre assessor training),
  • 360 degree evaluations, feedback and development planning,
  • the design, management and delivery of assessment centres, and tailored assessment centre exercise design,
  • the development of tailored competencies, and,
  • the application of psychometrics.

Chris combines strong professional delivery and project management skills, with a dedication to client service, and a strong track record in managing organisations and delivering projects in diverse, international environments.  He spent 10 years working overseas as the General Manager of SHL Hong Kong and the Managing Director of SHL New Zealand, and has delivered project work in 38 countries.
