Charlotte is a Business Psychologist with over sixteen years of experience in human capital consulting. She is passionate about helping individuals and organisations to achieve their potential and operates as a trusted advisor at Board level and to business leaders around the world and across a wide variety of sectors.
She specialises in leading, designing and delivering leadership assessment and development programmes that incorporate psychological insight and coaching to provide sustainable behavioural change and embed a high-performance culture. During her career, she has further increased the performance of hundreds of senior executives and facilitated the recruitment, retention, and development of strong and diverse talent pipelines.
